The City Secretary is responsible for maintaining the official records of the City of Helotes, posting all official notices, preparing agendas and supporting materials, recording the minutes of the City Council meetings, and assisting City Council as needed.
City Council minutes are located under the "Minutes" tab above. Other City documents may be obtained or viewed by submitting a Request for Public Information Form or by submitting a written request to the City Secretary’s Office. To submit a request for public information by mail, please mail the request to: City Secretary P O Box 507, Helotes, TX 78023. A request for public information may also be sent via fax to 210-695-2123, delivered in person at City Hall, 12951 Bandera Road, or sent vial email to email@example.com.
Requests for Public Information are filled within ten (10) working days. If records cannot be furnished within ten (10) working days, the requestor is notified by the City Secretary when such records will be available.
The City Secretary’s Office coordinates the posting of agendas and minutes for all other Municipal Boards, Commissions, and Committees, and the Office accepts applications from those wishing to serve on Committees. Please submit the Board / Commission Application if you are interested in serving on a committee.
