2018 Street Improvement Projects

The City of Helotes is pleased to announce the commencement of its 2018 Street Improvement Projects program. Starting mid-June 2018 and over the course of several months, the City will perform one-course and mastic surface treatments, a mill and overlay, and thermoplastic street striping on commercial and residential streets throughout the City.
 
Fuquay, Inc. will commence one-course surface treatments the third Week in July on the following roadways:
 

•  Circle A Trail, from its intersection with Bandera Road to its intersection with Bar X Trail;

•  Lazy F Trail, in its entirety;

•  Flying W Trail, in its entirety;

•  Rocking M Trail, in its entirety;

•  Bar D Trail, in its entirety;

•  Cross XD Trail, in its entirety;

•  Rafter O Trail, in its entirety;

•  Sunset Ranch, portion within the City’s corporate limits, in its entirety;

•  Baxtershire, portion;

•  Evans Valley Subdivision, in its entirety;

•  Helotes Ranch Acres Subdivision, Unit No. 4, in its entirety;

•  Saltillo Flat, in its entirety;

•  Alta Tierra, in its entirety; and

•  Alta Loma, in its entirety.


Fuquay, Inc. will also perform a mill and overlay (Type D 4”) treatment on the following roadway:
 

•  Rainbow Ridge, from its intersection with Leslie Road to its intersection with Signal Hill.


Clark Construction of Texas, Inc. will commence mastic surface treatments on the following streets on or about June 15:
 

•  Lazy F Trail, in its entirety;

•  Flying W Trail, in its entirety;

•  Rocking M Trail, in its entirety;

•  Bar D Trail, in its entirety;

•  Cross XD Trail, in its entirety;

•  Rafter O Trail, in its entirety;

•  Beverly Hills Subdivision, in its entirety;

•  Evans Valley Subdivision, in its entirety;

•  Helotes Ranch Acres Subdivision, Unit No. 4, in its entirety;

•  Leslie Road, from its intersection with Bandera Rd. to its intersection with Rainbow Ridge;

•  Rainbow Ridge, from its intersection with Leslie Rd. to its intersection with Signal Hill;

•  Scenic Loop Rd., from its intersection with Bandera Rd. to its intersection with Whip-O-Will Way;

•  Saltillo Flat, in its entirety;

•  Alta Tierra, in its entirety; and

•  Alta Loma, in its entirety.


Lastly, the City will complete thermoplastic street striping on the following roadways:
 

•  Circle A Trail, in its entirety;

•  Leslie Road, from its intersection with Bandera Rd. to its intersection with Rainbow Ridge, including the portion between Rainbow Ridge and the Tractor Supply rear property line;

•  Scenic Loop Rd., from its intersection with Old Bandera Road to its intersection with Whip-O-Will Way;

•  Parrigin Road, from its intersection with FM 1560 to 10928 Parrigin Road; and

•  Iron Horse Way.
