1/14/21 Update: The Alamodome in San Antonio will serve as a no-cost mass COVID-19 vaccination site. All Bexar County residents, including residents of the City of Helotes, who qualify under the Phase 1A and 1B categories are eligible. Both in-person and drive-thru (for non-ambulatory individuals) options will be available.
Advanced registration is required. Visit the website at covid19.sanantonio.gov/vaccine for appointment availability and to register. If registration is full, continue to check back on the website. New appointments will be offered as the availability increases.
COVID-19 vaccines will not be offered from Helotes City Hall or the Helotes Fire Department. The City does not have the proper storage capabilities.
Residents interested in obtaining a vaccine can visit the Texas COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations website for a list of providers. Residents are also encouraged to contact their primary care providers for more information regarding vaccine availability.
